Fluency Plus

Fluency Plus is a speech therapist in Cleveland, Mississippi, providing educational and behavioral intervention services to children, families, and school personnel. Dr. Dale Bailey, a founder and co-owner, is a school psychologist and educational consultant who provides professional consultation for School-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, Response to Intervention, and compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education programming for students with disabilities. He is a graduate of the school psychology program at The University of Southern Mississippi and completed a pre-doctoral internship in behavioral pediatrics at the Child Development Center on the campus of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He has served as president of the Mississippi Association for Psychology in the Schools and has worked as a school psychologist in Mississippi and as a professional consultant for the Mississippi and Louisiana Departments of Education and several school systems within those states, providing professional development and consultation on SW-PBIS, RtI, FBA, instructional and behavioral interventions, empirically-based disciplinary practices, and data-based decision making over the past 25 years. William Emile Swindol, Ed.S, BCBA, is a school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst.
