Technicians rebuild transmissions in an air-conditioned clean room to prevent dirt and dust from affecting the machinery. In-house rebuilt transmissions carry a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, while factory re-manufactured units from Jasper for Ford, GM, and Chrysler vehicles include a 3-year, 50,000-mile coast-to-coast warranty. All transmissions come with new OEM shift solenoids. The team performs thorough inspections to determine the best repair method, noting that not every vehicle requires a new transmission. They also specialize in diesel transmission repair for commercial trucks, supporting engines from Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, Deutz, and International. The shop uses the same reprogramming data available at major dealerships for Ford, GM, and Chrysler vehicles.

Quality Transmission is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association, the Second District Police Business Association, the Southwest Garden Neighborhood, and the Automatic Transmission Service Group.
