The business provides auto, home, business, RV/camper, and marine window tinting services across Missouri. CCGT specializes in handcrafted window film and paint protection film installation, ceramic glass and surface coatings, windshield glass chip removal and repair, and professional detailing equipment. Their services are designed to benefit vehicles, homes, businesses, semi-trucks, marine vessels, RVs, campers, and farm or heavy equipment.

Key features of their window tinting include over 99% UV ray blockage for skin, eye, and interior protection, as well as 33%-62% better total solar energy rejection for heat control. These services are particularly beneficial for first responders, government employees, and caregivers.

Capital City Glass Tinting offers Llumar solar control technology in three different price ranges to suit various needs and budgets. They provide architectural film installations for homes and commercial properties to enhance efficiency, sun protection, glare reduction, security, and curb appeal. Additionally, they offer a mobile unit for unconventional projects and certain wholesalers.

The business chooses to cut window film by hand rather than using a plotter or computer cutter. This allows for closer cuts to the glass bevel and customization for variables like classic cars, tractors, boats, and buildings. They do not warranty film installed over existing film unless it was installed by them. Damaged window tint is typically stripped and replaced, with wholesale pricing offered for replacements if the original film was installed by CCGT.

Customers appreciate the great reviews, pictures, and prices. They highlight the hand-cut application that prevents small spots of sunlight from coming through, as well as the friendly and informative staff. One reviewer noted that Capital City Glass Tinting is the only tint shop in Jefferson City and Columbia with such positive feedback and would not go to any other shop.
