Grandview Animal Hospital

Grandview Animal Hospital is a veterinarian in Grandview, MO. The practice provides animal health care, spay and neuter, emergency care for existing patients, general surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and end of life care. Its veterinarians are trained and accredited, and the team supports pet owners through routine care and the more difficult decisions that come with a pet's life. The hospital has served pet owners since 1989 and holds a rating of 4.70 from 465 reviews.

The practice builds care around an annual plan for each pet, covering yearly physical exams, nutrition, parasite prevention, and vaccinations. Its veterinarians assess each animal's individual needs, review overall health at yearly exams, and discuss anything out of the ordinary with the owner. Nutritional guidance covers the different requirements of each animal, including diets formulated to help manage certain diseases and supplements for specific needs. Parasite prevention begins with an evaluation of each pet's risk, followed by recommendations addressing ticks, fleas, heartworms, roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, and whipworms.

The Grandview Promise sets out what clients can expect: a welcome into a clean waiting room, appointments met at the scheduled time, and a team of fellow pet owners who do not pressure clients into decisions they are uncomfortable with. New clients begin with a meet and greet so the team can get to know the owner and the pet, followed by a care plan for the pet's health.

The hospital sits on Main Street, about a tenth of a mile from both the Center for Alternative Instructional Resources and Conn-West Elementary School. Grandview City Hall is roughly two tenths of a mile away, as are the Grandview Train Museum and Freedom Park.

Grandview Animal Hospital has built a strong local reputation reflected in consistently high customer ratings, and an established track record resting on a large base of customer reviews. For Grandview pet owners, that combination of long-standing local care and dependable service is what has kept the practice a trusted name in the community since 1989.
