The Center For Mind Body & Spirit

The Center For Mind Body & Spirit is an acupuncturist in Ferguson, MO. The practice operates as an integrated wellness center and retail store, offering holistic therapies and lifestyle programs designed around each individual's mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Since 2001, the center has connected the St. Louis community with experienced healers, serving clients through a wide range of services that include acupuncture, chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, massage and bodywork, facial massage and skincare, breathwork, energy therapy, bioenergetics, somatic experiencing, meditation instruction, body shaping, diet and nutrition, health and wellness coaching, intuitive readings, and astrological consultation.

Founded by Deborah Zorensky, MS, RD, LD, CCN and Linda Duff, Min. Div., the center grew out of Duff's years of work as an intuitive healer. After repeatedly seeing that her clients needed two or three different providers who did not coordinate their care, Duff partnered with Zorensky to create an integrated practice where multiple healing traditions work together. The center also runs classes at a separate space called The Annex, and stocks a large assortment of natural products in its retail store, including books, music, candles, crystals and gemstones, handmade jewelry, essential oils, and other gift items.

The center is open Monday through Saturday, and offers free fifteen-minute wellness consultations for those exploring its services. Hours run from 10:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 4:00 on Saturday, and the center is closed on Sunday. Clients can reach the center at 7649 Delmar Blvd by phone or text at 314-725-6767, with a direct text line to Dr. Kris at 314-324-2507, or by email at [email protected], with messages typically answered within 24 to 48 business hours.

The center holds a rating of 4.90 based on one review. Its long-running presence in the region since 2001 reflects the breadth of its integrated approach to healing across the St. Louis area.
