Agafay Weight Loss Center of Creve Coeur

Agafay Weight Loss Center of Creve Coeur is a weight loss clinic in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The clinic provides medical weight loss management, lab test interpretation, body composition analysis, and weight loss medications, and its team includes a board-certified medical doctor and a dietitian. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the clinic holds a rating of 5.00 based on 5 reviews. Care at Agafay is led by Dr. Peninnah Mutungi, a physician board certified in both Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine. Dr. Mutungi graduated from the University of Nairobi Medical School in Kenya and completed an Internal Medicine residency at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in New Jersey in 2008 before relocating to St. Louis, where she has practiced Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and has been named a TOPDOC in St. Louis. Patients meet with a board-certified medical doctor and a dietitian during visits, and the team includes certified dietitians and lifestyle coaches who tailor each treatment plan individually. Body composition testing is performed at the first office visit and again at 6 months using a SECA machine, which reports muscle mass and subcutaneous fat. The clinic also offers concierge healthcare with unhurried appointments, access to the doctor after office hours, access to providers outside an insurance network, and HSA or FSA payment flexibility. Laboratory tests are billed to insurance, and the clinic guides patients on discounted weight loss medications at different pharmacies. Because weight loss management requires monitoring, the clinic discourages one-time visits. The clinic is located on Old Olive Street Road, about 0.1 miles from Old Olive Street Road, 0.2 miles from Olive Boulevard, and 0.3 miles from North Lindbergh Boulevard. LaVerne Collins Park is about 0.3 miles away, and Monsanto-Sunswept Creek is about 0.4 miles away. Agafay Weight Loss Center of Creve Coeur has earned a 5.00 rating from the 5 customers who have reviewed it.
