Family owned and managed by the Swanson family for over 50 years, the business operates out of a facility that was originally a 1908 dairy barn converted for boarding in 1967, with an addition added in the early 1990s. The facility features 50 individual rooms across three separate areas, with dimensions of approximately 3 feet wide by 9 feet long. These rooms utilize block walls and stainless steel doors designed to allow dogs to see across the space without seeing neighbors, which helps prevent fence fighting. Larger rooms are available for bigger dogs, while smaller areas are provided for tiny dogs. For feline guests, the business offers a separate room featuring a 4-tiered catio with individual feeding, litter, and sleeping areas, as well as a 1-tiered kennel for cats unable to climb.

The staff provides individual attention through multiple daily walks for dogs and offers additional one-on-one play time upon request. While small group play is available for social dogs, the facility emphasizes personalized care. Grooming services include standard baths, mini baths, and specialized treatments like low-shedding sessions. The business is closed on Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

The strength of the business is reflected in its 4.60 rating from customers who have reviewed it, with patrons highlighting the welcoming staff, personal attention, and communication updates.
