The St. Louis Park office is part of a larger integrated, multidisciplinary design practice that works across architecture, engineering, environmental sciences, planning, program management, and project delivery. The firm's architects design buildings and spaces intended to elevate the human spirit and respond to societal challenges, with work ranging from community centers to advanced laboratories and hospitals. Their process combines a data-driven methodology in early planning with thoughtful integration of technology, and they pursue a carbon-positive approach to address the climate impact of their projects. Beyond architecture, the broader practice offers specialized services in power transmission and distribution, coastal engineering and restoration, commissioning and operations, economics and finance, right-of-way acquisition, and sustainability and resilience. The firm has served defense and mission-critical clients for more than 50 years, completing over 500 task orders for the Department of Homeland Security and its predecessor agencies, and its power delivery team brings more than a century of experience to utilities, cooperatives, developers, and contractors. Related projects associated with the office include the Hennepin County Community Recycling Opinion Survey, the METRO C Line, and the St. Croix Crossing.

The office sits on Utica Avenue South, about half a mile from Cedarhurst Park and from the nearby lakes Colonial Pond and Candlestick Pond, within roughly six-tenths of a mile of Benilde-St. Margaret's.
