Weighted comforters can be cleaned depending on size and weight, with confirmation requested beforehand, and clothing with hanging or special washing needs can be accommodated when the business is told ahead of time. Clothing is washed on a normal setting in cold water, and bedding and regular clothing are kept in separate bags. The business describes itself as a family of believers in Christ who value service and excellence, and states that its purpose is to help customers get their time back by handling a chore. Customers have noted clothes returned smelling great and folded to military perfection, with quick turnaround and good customer service, and have called the wash and fold service a life saver.

The laundry center sits on Jefferson Rd, about 0.1 miles from the Hiawatha Pioneer Trail and roughly the same distance from the Northfield Wifi tower. Flaherty's Northfield Lanes and the Northfield Police Department are both about 0.2 miles away, while Arcadia Charter School and Hidden Valley Park are each about 0.3 miles from the location.
