Services include new installations, hardwood treads and risers for staircases, patching and repair for damage such as water issues or deep scratches, sand and refinish processes that are environmentally friendly without chemicals, and buff and coat applications to restore luster. Nearly half of their business comes from sanding and refinishing existing floors. They hold a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews.

Owner Damian Guon started as a wood floor installer in the mid 90s and formed DG Wood Floors in 1998 after requests from homeowners, designers, and contractors for high quality service at a reasonable price. He still works every day in the field with his team. The company is small, and every job counts. They do not cut corners and only consider a project finished when everyone involved is satisfied. If a project has unrealistic timing or expectations, they will turn the work down rather than risk disappointing a customer. They are covered by workers compensation insurance.

The business holds a 4.90 rating from the customers who have reviewed it. They get most of their business from referrals because they take care of their customers.

D G Wood Floors combines decades of hands-on experience with a small-company approach to deliver quality wood flooring services in Inver Grove Heights.
