He earned his Graphic Design degree from Bemidji State University and, before founding Heriot Creative in 2008, worked as an in-house designer at a casino, served as a senior art director at an advertising agency, and freelanced with a design cooperative. He enjoys working with business owners and start-ups to develop graphics that reflect who they are and want to be to their potential customers. Steve, the other designer, also earned his Graphic Design degree from Bemidji State University and later earned a Master of Arts Degree from Goddard College in 2002. He spent a decade as an art director at several printing companies and went on to teach color theory, photography, and design at Bemidji State and Alexandria Technical College. Steve works with individual clients to craft their marketing messages and materials.
