Nick Bryduck is the owner and lead contractor at Metro Remodeling. He was inspired by his grandfather at the age of four and built his first project, a rubber band gun made from a scrap piece of wood, in his grandfather's shop. That early interest in creating useful things led him into the remodeling trade, and he now leads the company's projects himself. Metro Remodeling states its approach plainly: overbuilding is better than under achieving, and doing things the right way the first time is how the company expects to grow.

Customer reviews describe work that included a deck and outdoor lighting installation, a bathroom remodel, a basement remodel, and a backyard deck build. Reviewers mention demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, paint, carpet, A/V installation, grading, and concrete footings among the trades involved. One customer noted that the owner helped create the bathroom they had envisioned and praised the finished work, while another highlighted his attention to detail on a basement remodel. Others described the team as friendly and reported that projects came in on time and on budget, with detailed, precise work using quality materials.

The business sits on 16th Avenue North in Hopkins. Maetzold Field and Central Park are each about 0.2 miles away, and the Hopkins Fire Department is roughly 0.3 miles from the location. Excelsior Boulevard and the Hopkins Public Library are both about 0.4 miles away.

Metro Remodeling's 5.00 rating reflects customers who describe careful, detail-driven remodeling work, from bathrooms and basements to decks, across Hopkins and the surrounding Minneapolis area.
