The business serves a range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, construction, and metal fabrication, and offers three core services: batch powder coating for smaller production runs and custom projects, automated powder coating for large-scale manufacturing using advanced conveyor systems and robotic application techniques, and media blasting for surface preparation, rust removal, and paint stripping. Media blasting propels abrasive materials at high speeds to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces, creating a foundation for subsequent coatings. Automated powder coating uses conveyor systems and robotic application for consistent, high-volume production. The business maintains hours of 6:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 6:00am to 10:00am on Friday, and can be reached at (218) 998-2645 or [email protected].
