GHS Tent Rentals was founded by Mike and his family, who established the business to make hosting outdoor events simple, stress-free, and affordable. The name GHS connects to the family’s history; when Mike and his family first moved to Wilton, they settled on Bob White Lane. Mike researched the name and discovered that a Bob White is a Virginia Quail. During the pandemic, Mike began cooking for his family and tagged his posts with BW Bar & Grille, eventually forming BW Party Supply. He kept the BW in the name when launching the rental business, and the Bob White remains a part of the family’s story.

The company is delivery-focused, eliminating the hassle of picking up and returning items. They typically deliver rentals a day or two in advance of the event and schedule pickup a day or two after. The inventory features professional-grade tents that are meticulously inspected, cleaned, and maintained before every rental. They use robust materials designed to withstand Minnesota weather. The business is not a national chain but a local, neighbor-operated service based in Elk River, offering personalized guidance on tent sizes and transparent pricing through an online ordering system.

The business holds a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a reputation for reliability and service. This standing underscores the trust clients place in the company for their event needs.
