The team operated out of a small shop in Elk River during the winter of 2021 and 2022 before moving to their Andover location in May 2022. The rebrand to 323 Auto Pros occurred in 2024 to reflect the business's values and broader service scope.

The team details cars, boats, RVs, and icehouses. For boats, they provide cleaning, polishing, and protection against freshwater algae and sunlight. RV services focus on exterior gelcoat polishing and oxidation removal, while icehouse care includes protecting thin finishes from Minnesota’s salted roads using undercoating and protective coatings. Their paint protection film installation involves wrapping and tucking edges. Ceramic coating services include paint correction to remove swirls and scratches before application, creating a durable layer that repels water and dirt.
