The company was founded on a commitment to safety, ethics, and accountability, and founder Hilary Berczyk helped shape industry standards through decades of leadership with the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, advancing safety regulations and professional best practices. It is now led by longtime team members Jeremy and John, who carry forward the values the company was built on while continuing education and training and adopting new technologies. Its service operation includes certified technicians and one of the largest service fleets in the Twin Cities, and its technicians use water testing equipment in the course of pool and spa care.
