Lupient Collision of Brooklyn Park

Lupient Collision of Brooklyn Park is a body shop in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The collision center handles collision repair and auto body work, and its service and parts operation also covers routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire replacement, and replacement parts. Factory-trained technicians use genuine OEM parts and advanced diagnostic equipment for repairs. The shop holds a rating of 3.80.

The repair process follows a layout the shop calls a performance loop, designed to move vehicles through the facility quickly and avoid the backlogs that slow work at other body shops. The process begins when the shop and the customer's insurance company coordinate the repair, with towing arranged if needed. Once the vehicle arrives, the team performs an inspection and walk-around to make an initial assessment of the damage. After check-in, the shop can assist with rental car service. The vehicle then moves into disassembly, where the damage and necessary repairs are mapped out, and the customer is notified of the extent of the damage and the timeframe for the repair.

The collision center sits on Lakeland Ave N, about a tenth of a mile from Bottineau Boulevard and the same distance from Shingle Creek, which also runs roughly two tenths of a mile away. Brooklyn Boulevard is about three tenths of a mile from the shop, Greenhaven Park is about four tenths of a mile away, and the Starlite Transit Center is roughly half a mile off.

The Lupient name behind the collision center carries more than 50 years of history in the Twin Cities, dating to Jim Lupient's start washing cars at a northeast Minneapolis dealership in 1950 and the later founding of the Lupient Automotive Group. The shop's approach to collision work is built around moving each vehicle through inspection, disassembly, and repair without the delays common at other body shops.
