A second van and a new employee, Bryan, followed in 2010, and at the end of 2011 and beginning of 2012 the business opened its storefront at 303 5th Place NW, where a showroom displays safes, locks, and keys. The company is a member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, with Saturday hours of 9am to noon from April 1st through September 30th, and emergency service is available.
