HVAC Systems Inc was founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1997 by president Bob Toon, who began his HVAC career after earning a diploma from the Detroit Engineering Institute. The company designed and built its own facility in 2002. It presents alternative options to customers rather than simply making a sale, recognizing the budget challenges companies face. Planned service schedules are central to its approach: timely maintenance is treated as the best defense against costly repairs, helping equipment run at full rated capacity, reducing the chance of work stoppage, and extending the life of a system. Clean, well lubricated and properly adjusted equipment uses less power and water.

The business is located at 15581 Oakwood Drive in Romulus, near the intersection of I-275 and Eureka Road, which gives its service teams quick freeway access across Southeast Michigan.

HVAC Systems Inc holds a rating of 2.60 based on customer reviews.
