Founded in Owosso in 1995, the company draws on more than two decades of construction experience and operates as a general contractor specializing in all phases of home construction and remodeling. Eric Wurm Builder works with project owners from preconstruction through completion, covering site evaluation, project planning, design development, and blueprints before construction begins. During the build phase, the team manages site logistics, safety, quality control, scheduling, start-up, and accounting, and homeowners are welcome to take on tasks like painting and staining themselves if they want to cut costs. When additional help is needed, the firm brings in experienced, licensed, and insured subcontractors. Past projects have included both commercial and residential work, and a portfolio of finished work is showcased on the company website.

The office sits on North River Street, about a quarter mile from A.B. Hicks Subdivision, roughly three-quarters of a mile from the Owosso Country Club, and about a mile from Henderson Park.

Customers rate their experience at the top of the scale, and the company has been serving mid-Michigan homeowners since 1995 with a hands-on approach that runs from the first site visit through project close-out.
