Following Seino's retirement in 1987, Diana Nash became CEO. Two years later, the credit union built its Kentwood branch location off East Paris and 60th Street. Charles Rea was appointed CEO in 2000, and the credit union expanded with the opening of the Ramblewood branch in Wyoming in 2002. In 2004, Steelcase Employees Credit Union officially changed its name to Community West Credit Union. The credit union closed its 40th Street branch in 2006 and opened a newly constructed Hudsonville branch that same year. Jon Looman took over as CEO in 2011.
