Standard Waterproofing is a foundation repair company in Waterville, ME. A women-owned commercial waterproofing contractor, the firm serves general contractors and building owners across Maine, handling both new construction and retrofitting work. Services include foundation waterproofing, cementitious waterproofing, underslab vapor barriers, air vapor barriers, spray foam, spray cellulose, traffic and deck coating, crack injection, fireproofing, masonry restoration, and joint sealants. They hold a rating of 3.90. Their joint sealant work is the largest of its kind in Maine, and their fireproofing division installs cement-based spray coatings on structural steel.

The company was founded in 1984 by Fred Green, who specialized in masonry restoration and joint sealants. Tom and Marie Michaud purchased the business in 1991 and relocated it to Waterville. Theresa Thompson joined as a project manager in 2005, became Vice President, and purchased her father's shares in 2014 and her mother's shares in 2016, making her President. The current leadership includes Theresa Thompson, Vice President of Finance Isaac Thompson, Operations Manager Chad Bailey, Safety and Field Manager Sebastien Dumont, and project managers Kevin Nutting and Kevin Worth.

The office sits on Augusta Road, roughly a fifth of a mile from Sukee Arena and a third of a mile from the Kennebec River. Thomas College is about seven tenths of a mile away, and Waterville Junior High School is just over a mile from the site.

Project work has included the Colby College new athletic center, the Colby College new hotel Lockwood, the Bates College STEM building, Maine Veterans Home, Idexx Laboratories, Jackson Laboratories, Scarborough Public Safety, Wex Laboratories, Morse High School, and Nokomis School.
