Beyond phone and general electronics work, the business takes on repair projects that are unusual or hard to find service for, including controller boards for older water heaters, motorized golf bag totes, and pinball machines. The work is motivated by saving items from the scrap yard when replacement parts are no longer manufactured. P1Repair also sells replacement batteries and battery replacement services for specific Mitel cordless handset and headset models, and offers remote control repair for certain Honeywell, Vermont Casting, Kozy Heat, and Lennox units.

Ben Jordan has been working with electronics for over three decades, with a focus in the telecom field since 1993. He developed membrane keypads to repair telephone buttons when replacement rubber keypads are unavailable, a solution he has refined over years of telephone repair work. The addition of laser cutting equipment has enabled fast, cost-effective production of custom membrane keypads for these repairs.

P1Repair holds a 4.90 rating, reflecting the experience of customers who have relied on the business for repair work.
