Lawn Barber Landscaping

Lawn Barber Landscaping is a landscaping company in Waldorf, MD, serving residential and commercial properties across Southern Maryland. The company provides lawn maintenance, landscaping, and commercial grounds care, and it offers its services on weekends to accommodate customer schedules.

The work is organized around four phases: design, build, maintain, and impress. Lawn maintenance covers mowing, aeration, overseeding, fertilization, weed control, and edging. The landscaping side of the business includes planter bed borders, foundation plantings, seasonal flower installation, paver and rock walkways, retaining walls, mulching, edging, and gutter cleaning and power washing. Commercial services include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weed control, fertilizing, seasonal clean-ups, mulching, pruning, shrub maintenance, trash pickup, and seasonal flower, rock, or plant installations. Additional offerings cover softscaping with rock installation, custom landscape design, planting, spraying, tree planting, and grading, plus clean-up work such as branch and lawn debris removal, spring and fall mulching, bed edging and redefining, and land and brush clearing including phragmites removal, wood and brush hauling, grinding, and brush hogging. Trimming services include hedge and shrub maintenance, fine trimming, tree pruning, bush trimming, and high limb cutting, and skid steer work covers brush cutting, lot clearing, storm clean-ups, grading, woods clearing and paths, shrub and hedge removal, pothole repair, and millings. Lawn treatments round out the list with weed control, fertilization, aerating, over-seeding, pest control, soil and pH balancing, top dressing, and granular fertilizer application.

The business was founded by Kirk Barber, who started mowing lawns in his neighborhood at age 10 and built the company on a phased-in design approach intended to work within a client's budget. The company can be reached at (240) 802-6307 or [email protected].

Lawn Barber Landscaping is a Waldorf landscaper with the breadth of services to handle routine upkeep, full design and build projects, and the heavier land-clearing work that property owners throughout Southern Maryland periodically need.
