Staging by Andrea of Pikesville

Staging by Andrea of Pikesville is a home stager in Pikesville, Maryland. The business stages homes for sellers and redesigns spaces for owners who are staying put, working with clients across the Greater Baltimore Area, Baltimore, DC, Maryland, Towson, Parkville, Glen Burnie, Hunt Valley, Pikesville, Pennsylvania, Federal Hill, Canton, Fells Point, Carney, Baldwin, Baltimore County, Columbia, Howard County, Hartford County, and Bel Air. Andrea Bailey is the principal designer and owner, and has staged over 1,000 houses since 2015. Services include vacant staging, full stages, walk and talk consults, and home or AirBnb design. The business holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it. Staging by Andrea works from its own inventory and uses an 8-Step process in each room, both for staging and for redesign. During a consultation, the team fills out a detailed Staging Report with the client, then makes the home shine using what the client already has. For redesign clients, the process produces a design plan that shows each piece in the space before anything is purchased, so scale and cohesion can be checked ahead of time. The business also provides access to to-the-trade furnishings. Andrea spent eleven years in finance before creating Staging by Andrea, work that centered on providing a return on investment for clients, and she applies that same lens to staging. She helped co-found the Real Estate Staging Association for the Greater Baltimore region and currently serves on its board. She has been cited discussing design trends on Apartment Therapy and is sought out by local realtors to share her expertise in their marketing materials. She has traveled to Haiti multiple times to help rebuild the community after the 2010 earthquake, volunteers for No Kid Hungry, Generosity Feeds, The Lungevity Foundation, and The Pantry, and assists The House of Ruth each year by donating furniture and time to furnish apartments for women and children in transition. For Pikesville sellers weighing whether to stage before listing, Staging by Andrea brings more than a decade of Maryland market experience and a portfolio of over 1,000 staged homes to the decision.
