Leash Free Living of Pasadena is a dog training business in Pasadena, Maryland, serving pet owners in Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas of central Maryland. The company offers puppy training, group classes, private lessons, board and train programs, daycare and train programs, workshops, and advanced training, along with advanced electives. Its trainers work through a relationship-based training method aimed at producing well-mannered dogs that communicate on and off the leash, at home and in public. The Millersville location sits at 1526 C Jabez Run Rd, at the end unit of the B&B Air Conditioning Building, while the Annapolis location is at 1937 Lincoln Dr, inside Kitty's Canine Clips. The team includes LFL Certified Behaviorists Samantha Miyamoto and Jayna Fenton, along with Becky Archer, Paige Garrison, and George Andrews. Sam began training dogs in 2008 after her first dog was killed by a larger dog, which inspired her to use training to keep dogs safe. Jayna has worked professionally with dogs since 2009, starting her career managing a large boarding kennel and day care. Becky became interested in training while preparing her dog to become a service dog for her daughter, and Paige started as a client, training her family's Akita puppy, Mako, through the programs. Appointments and reservations are managed through a client portal, and new clients can reach the team by phone or email. Customers describe the training as effective and easy to follow, with one reviewer calling the three-week training a game changer. Leash Free Living of Pasadena pairs a relationship-based approach with a team of certified behaviorists to serve dog owners across central Maryland.
