Elite Technique of Hanover

Elite Technique of Hanover is a personal trainer in Hanover, MD. The studio designs workout regimens around each client's goals, whether that means leaning out, bulking up, toning, or training for performance. Its team consists of experienced former athletes and fitness specialists who have worked in the fitness field for years. Training covers weight loss, muscle gain, toning, and performance enhancement, with a program built on strength training and lifestyle development rather than short-term weight loss. Clients receive a personalized meal plan, dedicated trainer support, tailored workouts, nutrition coaching, and complimentary Saturday Fit Camp sessions, along with access to a motivational group chat. Sessions run Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 9:00pm, with Fit Camp on Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:00am. Each trainer works with no more than two clients at a time, and every client is assigned a dedicated trainer, though the team collaborates and may offer additional input. Programs run month to month with no long-term commitment, clients are assigned a set training time with flexibility for rescheduling, and sessions can be extended for travel or medical emergencies with documentation. The business holds a 5.00 rating from its customers.

It sits on New Ridge Road, about 0.1 miles from the road itself, roughly 0.2 miles from the Hanover Post Office, and about 0.6 miles from both Open Door Christian School and Wesley Grove United Methodist Church. Stoney Run creek is about half a mile away, and the Ridgewood Mobile Home Park historic ruins are about 0.4 miles from the studio.

Elite Technique of Hanover pairs individualized strength and nutrition coaching with a supportive, family-style training environment, and its 5.00 rating reflects how its Hanover clients respond to that approach.
