The company was started in 2015 by its owner, who had previously spent ten years working as a pest control technician and five years as an operations manager before launching his own business. He founded Roe Pest Control to deliver the kind of quality, customer-focused service he felt larger companies overlooked, drawing on more than eighteen years of pest control experience in Maryland. Roe Pest Control's technicians are certified by Green Pro, and the company uses EPA-approved methods and chemicals. Service calls begin with a detailed examination of the property to identify infestations, followed by a clear outline of what needs to be done and what it will cost, with work guaranteed once the exterminator leaves. The company treats pests ranging from bees, wasps, ants, and termites to rodents and other wildlife. Hours run from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, and free estimates are available by phone or email.

The office sits on Plainfield Road, about a tenth of a mile from High Road School of Baltimore County and roughly a quarter mile from Gray Manor Park. Merritt Boulevard is a short distance to the east, and Bread and Cheese Creek runs through the area about three-tenths of a mile away.

With eighteen years of hands-on experience behind its owner-operator and a track record reflected in its customer rating, Roe Pest Control brings seasoned, locally rooted pest control to homeowners across the Dundalk and Edgemere area.
