RAW Power Washing

RAW Power Washing is a pressure washing company in Crofton, Maryland, providing residential and commercial exterior cleaning. Its services include power washing, soft washing, window cleaning, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, storefront cleaning, and HOA exterior maintenance, along with deck and fence cleaning and house washing. The company serves Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia, and holds a 5.00 rating from its customers.

RAW Power Washing has been in business since 2017 and describes itself as a small, Black-owned local company. It reports 8 years of experience, more than 3,000 satisfied customers, and over 400 properties cleaned annually. Its approach favors soft washing over high pressure: the company uses low-pressure techniques with algaecides, bleach, surfactants, and water to clean organic stains, mildew, and algae from delicate surfaces such as cedar shake and wood panel siding, stucco, vinyl siding, screens, and outdoor wood furniture. High-pressure power washing is reserved for hard surfaces including driveways, decks, stone and brick pathways, patios, and walking surfaces. The company states that its technique uses roughly the pressure of a garden hose to avoid damaging roofs, vinyl siding, and decks.

House washing is recommended every two to three years to remove algae, mold, mildew, dirt, and stains. Window cleaning is offered for both homes and businesses, and the company notes that regular cleaning protects glass from hard water stains and debris and can reveal failed seals or small cracks early. Deck and fence cleaning removes mold, mildew, and algae from wood or vinyl without damaging the material, and prepares surfaces for staining. RAW Power Washing is licensed and insured and registered with the state of Maryland.

Customers have described the company as attentive to detail, reasonably priced, and professional, with one noting same-day service. RAW Power Washing works in Crofton and the surrounding Maryland communities, bringing soft washing methods and a licensed, insured operation to exterior cleaning across the area.
