Myna Yoga

The studio’s name is inspired by the Myna bird, native to Southern Asia, which symbolizes connection and strength in numbers. The name also honors Taqui’s grandmother, Nani, who passed away in November 2021.

The studio offers Myna Flow, an all-levels vinyasa class uniting movement with breath. Gentle Yoga combines asanas with a lighter-paced flow, appropriate for beginners or regular practitioners. Level I introduces fundamentals for those new to yoga or working around injuries. Lunchtime Flow offers a mid-day reset drawing from Hatha and Vinyasa foundations. Slow Flow integrates a slow sequence with gentle postures to release tension and restore the nervous system.
