M Taylor Enterprise is a privately owned contractor carrying more than twenty years of experience and hundreds of completed projects across the state. The business is named after Matt Taylor, the owner, operator, and operations manager, who personally visits each home to assess foundation problems and develop a repair plan rather than sending a salesperson. Their foundation repair work addresses the causes of settlement, including expansive clay, improperly compacted fill soils, and negative drainage, and covers underpinning, wall stabilization, and wall replacement. Their waterproofing practice distinguishes between true exterior waterproofing and interior water management, recommending exterior drainage improvements alongside sump pump systems. They also install posts, beams, and helical systems engineered for both structural support and visual integration, and provide emergency shoring in the Central and Shore regions of Maryland to prevent structural collapse.

The company offers structural repair, basement waterproofing, concrete and masonry work, drainage systems, footings, grading, and excavation, with masonry repairs matched to existing mortar color. They serve Silver Spring, Bethesda, Takoma Park, and the surrounding Maryland communities, having grown outward from their Silver Spring base.

The five-star rating earned from the customers who have reviewed the business reflects two decades of hands-on foundation, structural, and waterproofing work delivered across Maryland's most populated counties.
