Title company is a title company in Arnold, MD, providing independent real estate settlement services across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. Founded in 1989 by attorneys Andrew Cooch and David Bowers, who have been practicing law since 1981, the firm handles residential and refinance settlements, property abstracts, and title insurance. Operating as agents of First American and Fidelity National Title Group, two of the largest title insurance underwriters in the nation, Title company serves buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

The company grew out of the Law Office of Cooch and Bowers, PA, which opened its first office just outside Annapolis in 1988. One year later, the attorneys incorporated Title company as an adjunct to their law practice. The staff includes three lawyer/settlement officers, a full-time abstractor, additional settlement officers, a paralegal, a processor, and administrative support. Both founders are members of the Maryland Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. The firm maintains an in-house abstracting operation through Property Abstracts, co-founded more than thirty years ago by Andrew Cooch and Kimberly Bowen, which searches property titles in most counties in Maryland.

The office sits on Ritchie Highway in Arnold, just outside Annapolis.
