Adwell Services is led by president Matt Adwell, who began cleaning windows after graduating from Annapolis High School, when he volunteered full time and needed part-time work. He spent 18 years with a local company, holding roles from Senior Technician to Lead Trainer to Residential Division Manager, before founding Adwell Services on a simple vision: give people what they want. The company's mission of Customer Happiness grew out of that vision and the feedback Adwell heard from clients over the years.

The company was built around solving the complaints clients repeatedly raised about other contractors: phone calls that went unreturned, schedules booked weeks or months out, crews arriving late or not at all, and mud or water tracked through the house. Adwell Services organizes its work around those points, and Matt Adwell notes that whoever answers the phone or arrives to clean a property, the client is doing business with him.

The business is located on Kevins Dr in Annapolis. Its 4.90 rating reflects a positive response from the customers who have reviewed it.
