Work is handled by a team that assesses each property before recommending a solution, with the aim of preventing further damage and extending the life of a foundation. Chimney work includes repairs, rebuilding, relining, waterproofing, cleaning, and maintenance, along with damaged masonry, cracked flues, leaking chimneys, chimney caps, and flashing. Gutter, fascia, and soffit services are installed and maintained to channel rainwater away from the roof, siding, and foundation, and to keep soffits ventilated so moisture does not build up. Stair projects range from small repairs and replacements to custom-built staircases, multi-step entryways, platform installations, walkway extensions, and veneer finishes, with materials chosen to hold up against New England weather.
