Greylock Audiology, LLC of Pittsfield

Greylock Audiology, LLC of Pittsfield is an Audiologist in Pittsfield, MA. The practice provides comprehensive hearing testing for adults, custom hearing protection through custom molding, and tinnitus treatment for patients experiencing ringing in the ears. The team includes Dr. Andrew Puttick, Au.D., who serves as the owner and Doctor of Audiology, along with Brandi Senner, a Client Care Specialist, and Dominica D'Avella, the Operations Manager. The center works with seven different hearing aid manufacturers to match devices to a patient's specific hearing loss configuration and lifestyle needs.

The practice distinguishes itself by offering a "try before you buy" option, allowing patients to test demo hearing devices for a week in their day-to-day situations before making a purchase decision. If the initial model does not improve hearing, the team will provide another model to try. Additionally, the business offers a 45-day money-back guarantee for ordered hearing aids, allowing patients to return them for a refund if they do not work. The clinic emphasizes a non-sales approach, focusing on professional diagnostic evaluations without pressure to buy, and aims to improve patient quality of life through better hearing and long-term care.

Located at 392 Merrill Rd, the office sits about a mile from the East Branch Housatonic River and Brattle Brook. It is approximately a quarter of a mile from Unkamet Brook and less than half a mile from Dalton Avenue. The area is also near the WBRK-AM radio tower, which is about six-tenths of a mile away.
