Somax Lawn Care has operated for over 20 years and is a family-owned business. Its spring and fall cleanups remove fallen limbs, debris, and leaves and include blowing out and edging beds, walkways, and asphalted areas. Mowing cuts grass to the desired height with attention to the edges of beds, paths, and asphalted areas, and the property is blown clean of trimmings. Edging and mulching defines, cleans, and weeds beds before protective underlayment is installed and fresh mulch is applied. Seeding and aeration services break up compacted soil so water and nutrients penetrate and new grass grows.

Its grading services address drainage, preparation for new construction, garden planning, and level space, directing water away from a home and its foundation. The team assesses each property's needs and tailors solutions, and it also advises on tree and shrub selection based on local growing conditions.

The business sits on Green St in Northborough, about 0.3 miles from Howard Brook and roughly 0.4 miles from both the Mount Pisgah Wildlife Management Area and the Green Street Conservation Restriction. Ball Hill is about 0.6 miles away, and Cold Harbor Brook and Church Street are each about 1.1 miles away.

Somax Lawn Care has earned a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it and has kept clients' business year after year across two decades of lawn care and hardscaping work in the Northborough area.
