Gather Provisions

Gather Provisions is a coffee shop and casual scratch kitchen cafe in Northborough, MA. The cafe serves sandwiches with house roasted meats, salads, soup, and prepared foods, alongside a retail section featuring wine and local products. Catering is a core part of the business, with platters, small bites, buffets, and charcuterie boards available for events ranging from cocktail hours and bridal showers to corporate lunches and at-home gatherings. Chef Erin Anderson, who grew up in Northboro, leads the kitchen with nearly 20 years of experience in restaurants, corporate dining, and private residences. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Film Production and worked in Los Angeles on film and TV sets before transitioning to cooking, drawn by access to farmers markets, exposure to new cuisines, and a community that loved to entertain. With the encouragement of her husband Chris, she left the film industry for the restaurant business. Anderson built Gather Provisions as an expression of her own culinary style, with a menu designed to be shared by families and friends. The cafe also accommodates dietary needs and preferences for private dining events, with clients noting her responsiveness and professionalism.

The cafe sits at 290 West Main Street, close to the Northborough Post Office about two tenths of a mile east and Lincoln Street Elementary School roughly half a mile away. Southwest Cutoff passes within about a tenth of a mile, and Cold Harbor Brook runs nearby.

Gather Provisions holds a 5.00 rating from its customers, reflecting consistently positive feedback from those who have ordered from the cafe and arranged catered events with Chef Erin Anderson.
