Godard's Red Hen Farm is a fourth-generation family farm in Western Massachusetts. Owners Larry and Sue Godard began growing apples and keeping bee hives in 1984, later adding blueberries, grapes, and their own apiary. Mineral Hills Winery was added to the farm in 2010, beginning with fifty cases and a few varieties and growing to roughly 1,400 cases a year across about fifteen wines, including dry and softer reds and whites, Apple Wine, Ice Apple Wine, Blueberry Wine, and Mead made from Sue's honey. Larry has been making wine since the 1990s, continuing a tradition rooted in his grandfather Antonio Pepe of Springfield, Massachusetts. The farm's wines are also available at retail locations, mainly in the Springfield and Northampton area.

The winery sits at 592 Sylvester Road and is open Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 5pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, with reduced bottle-sales-only hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve and closures on major holidays.
