SAH Design, LLC was started in February 2021 by Seth Holden, a lifelong resident of Holliston, MA, who brings over twenty years of experience in architecture covering both commercial and residential work. The firm is supported by a small in-house team that includes Kelly Holden, who joined in January 2022 as an administrative assistant handling client billing, proposal writing, accounts payable, and project tracking, and architectural designer Maria Contreras, who came on board in 2024 and has worked across residential and commercial projects.

The firm's process typically moves through four phases: existing conditions, design, construction documents and permitting, and construction administration. It begins with an initial meet and greet to discuss project objectives, budget, and zoning requirements, followed by a written proposal outlining scope of work and timeline. The firm takes on a wide range of project sizes and considers no project too small.
