Estimates can be arranged by phone or in person, and financing is available. The business holds a rating of 5.00 based on customer reviews.

The company was opened in 1995 by brothers Keith and Steve Luce, building on work their father Earle began in the 1970s. Keith now serves as president with 35 years in the trade, while Steve serves as vice president with 28 years; brothers Dave and Ken work as master tile setters, and the rest of the family covers vinyl, laminate, carpet, and wood installs. Every installer on the team has at least 15 years of experience, with most having been with the company for over 10 years. The shop is a Shaw-aligned dealer and also carries American Home Surfaces products, including Shaw's Anso, Caress, Clearly Chic, ClearTouch, EverTouch, R2X Stain Remover, and St. Jude Carpet Cushion lines. Beyond standard flooring, the team handles carpet binding (both machine and hand), modified mud jobs with wire lathe to manage transitions between tile and hardwood, radiant heating mat installation, and a full range of underlayment options including plywood subflooring, durock, hardi backer, and wire lathe. Bamboo and cork are offered as renewable flooring choices. Most carpet, laminate, and vinyl installations take one to two days, while tile and wood jobs generally run four to seven days. The store is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturday hours ending at 1:00 PM.

The location sits on Boston Post Road West, roughly a fifth of a mile from Main Street, and is within half a mile of Millham Brook, Stirrup Brook, and Millham Street Pond.

Three decades of family operation, a five-star customer rating, and an in-house installation crew set Luce Brothers apart as a trusted flooring contractor in Marlborough.
