For contract staffing, it takes on the recruiting workload when an employer's headcount needs swing sharply between seasons. Employee payrolling covers onboarding for employers who are not ready to take on a new hire directly, and direct placement is backed by a guarantee. The team members were each selected for their ability to serve a range of customers, and their backgrounds give them firsthand knowledge of the challenges clients face.

Summit Careers states a mission of changing lives through meaningful work, with a goal of impacting 25,000 lives by 2035, and it frames its work around creating win-win situations for clients, employees and the firm itself.
