Whittaker has taught this approach to his staff, ensuring they can create the same outcomes he achieves. The training methodology is designed to help dogs navigate the world with better manners, increased confidence, and a calmer demeanor.

They note that liability does not require a dog to bite another person or dog, citing legal precedents where owners faced lawsuits for falls caused by dogs running into the street without contact.
