The company works with office furniture across planning, installation, and long-term workspace performance, and its services include eco-remanufacturing, installation, interior design, liquidation and removal, and space planning. The business holds a rating of 4.70 from the customers who have reviewed it.

Eco-remanufacturing is central to what Conklin Office Furniture does. Its artisans restore, refinish, and revitalize office furniture so it looks and performs like new, extending its life and reducing environmental impact. In 2024 the company diverted 1,387 tons of furniture from landfills, and it recycles parts and materials removed during remanufacturing. Remanufactured furniture can cost up to 80 percent less than new furniture, and the process uses low-emission materials and non-toxic refinishing. The company specializes in refurbishing Steelcase Avenir and Answer cubicle panels and partitions, with repainted trim and metal accessories, new U.S.-made work surfaces in a choice of laminate, and fabric panel replacements in customizable colors and textures. Fabrics come from brands including CF Stinson, Guilford of Maine, and Burch Fabrics.

Installation is handled nationwide, with large-scale projects managed by trusted partners for complex layouts and multi-location setups, and small to mid-sized installations handled by the in-house team. Interior design is led by Isabelle Holden, who studied at the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University and joined the company after working with other designers. The interior design pack covers sustainable solutions, space planning, and curated materials and finishes from concept to completion.

The Holyoke showroom sits on Appleton St, about a tenth of a mile from Dr. Marcella R. Kelly Full Service Community School and McNally Field, and roughly two tenths of a mile from DeRoy Park. Cabot Street and Main Street are each about three tenths of a mile away.

Conklin Office Furniture pairs remanufacturing and sustainable design with a showroom in Holyoke, giving local businesses a place to see refurbished Steelcase workstations and plan a workspace in person.
