Fabric Care Cleaners, Inc is a carpet cleaner in Holliston, MA. The company cleans carpets, rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, air ducts and window blinds, and also refurbishes wood floors. It handles pet stains and odor, spot solving and urine damage treatment, and serves both residential and commercial clients. Fabric Care Cleaners has been in business since 1978 and has served over 50,000 customers in eastern Massachusetts. It holds a rating of 4.70.

The company is a member in good standing of the New England Institute of Cleaning and Restoration. Its trained, uniformed technicians average more than seven years of cleaning experience and arrive in clean, professionally lettered vehicles. Fabric Care Cleaners follows a 10-step carpet cleaning process, and its approach to upholstery begins with a pre-inspection of each piece before the appropriate cleaning methods are chosen. Area rugs are treated differently from wall-to-wall carpet, since many high-end rugs are constructed of fibers that call for separate handling. The company also notes that tile and grout present one of the more difficult cleaning jobs, as dirt works into the crevices over time.

If a problem arises with any completed work, the company asks to be notified so it can return quickly to redo what needs correcting. Questions can be answered by phone, free estimates are available, and appointments are made by phone.
