He established the business to prioritize customer safety and quality over profit margins, a philosophy that has guided the shop since its opening. The founders took a leap of faith, combining their savings to start the business shortly after the birth of their first child, Vincent, in November 2016.

Since its inception, the business has grown from a two-person operation into a multi-faceted organization with twelve full-time employees and three sister companies. Steve manages operations while Gabrielle has pursued a career in real estate. The shop employs a team of hand-selected individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship. Authentic Auto Body offers a lifetime warranty on work for customers who still own their vehicle and uses manufacturer-approved parts and procedures to complete every repair.
