Yusra Design + Build

Yusra Design + Build is an architecture and design-build firm in Framingham, Massachusetts, serving homeowners across Greater Boston. The firm handles residential and light commercial projects, guiding clients through renovation from initial concept through final construction. It holds a rating of 4.80.

The firm brings together architects, interior designers, and builders under one roof, an arrangement that allows the design and construction phases to stay closely aligned. Residential renovations are the core of the practice, and the firm works with Massachusetts homeowners dealing with older property layouts, permit requirements, and layouts that no longer fit a household's needs. The interior design team designs and builds custom furniture pieces tailored to each project, then places them within carefully planned interiors intended to reflect the client's personality. On the architectural side, the firm offers conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Construction is handled in-house, with the same staff managing the build site as planned the work. The firm reports more than twenty years of experience, with over two hundred homes transformed and ninety homeowners served.

The office sits on Grant Street, about a tenth of a mile from Butterworth Park and a short walk from Hartford Street and Concord Street. Framingham Fire Department is roughly a third of a mile away, with Gallagher Park and Lokerville Brook also close at hand.

The firm's consistent positive feedback from clients reflects the way it organizes the renovation process around a single coordinated team. For homeowners in Framingham weighing a remodel, Yusra Design + Build pairs local presence with a design-build structure that keeps design and construction under one roof.
