Terra Spa

Terra Spa is a day spa in Dedham, Massachusetts. It offers classic and volume eyelash extensions, facials, microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lifting and sculpting facial massages, ultrasonic treatments, and Swedish massages. The studio describes its approach as combining healthy skin with beautiful lashes, built around customized skincare treatments and natural-looking lash services meant to enhance a client's features rather than change them. It holds a rating of 4.60 from customer reviews.

Facials and facial treatments at Terra Spa use the France Laure line of medical grade, FDA approved professional skincare. The European Facial focuses on cleansing, exfoliating and nourishing the skin in a 60-minute session. The Microdermabrasion Facial uses a microdermabrasion machine to remove dead skin cells and re-texture and refine the complexion, with an enzymatic exfoliator that works without rubbing, a customized finishing mask, and benefits for wrinkles and fine lines including the eye contour area. A facial with a medium depth chemical peel is offered to improve skin texture, enhance radiance and unclog pores, and the Acne Facial serves clients prone to blackheads and acne with an Actiderm Oxygenating Treatment, a medium depth acid-based exfoliant, and a Sebo-control balancing mask.

The studio sits on High Street in Dedham, a short walk from Dedham Square and the Dedham Town Green, with Washington Street also nearby and the Dedham Police Dept close by. Appointments run Tuesday from 8.30 to 2, Wednesday through Friday from 8.30 to 7, and Saturday from 8.30 to 4, and the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.

Terra Spa is known for the positive rating customers have given it, and its combination of customized skincare and lash services makes it a Dedham destination for both.
