Services include fresh flowers, sympathy arrangements, corsages and boutonnieres, plants, and a wedding boutique. The shop offers floral subscriptions, gift cards, and à la carte shopping. Clients can request consultations for weddings and events, and the business provides rentals and classes.

It is situated near the World War II Memorial and the World War I Memorial, with Mill Brook and the 51 Walden theater also within a short distance. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm, with evenings and weekends available by appointment.
