Able Home Inspection of Beverly

Able Home Inspection of Beverly is a home inspector in Beverly, MA, serving buyers and homeowners across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The company provides full home and condo inspections covering structural components, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing, with optional add-ons including water quality testing, radon gas testing, thermal imaging, and drone inspections. It holds a rating of 5.00 based on customer reviews.

The business was founded in 1983 by Dennis Robitaille, who became a pioneer in the home inspection field and was instrumental in getting the Massachusetts home inspector licensing law enacted in 2001, including a consumer protection provision within it. His son, Evan Robitaille, apprenticed with him in 2013 and has continued the family business, completing thousands of inspections since. Clients have the right to hire a licensed home inspector of their choosing, and the inspectors are licensed, experienced, and insured. A typical 2,000 square foot home requires around three hours on site, with two to three additional hours spent on the written report and photo editing off site; the report is emailed within five hours of the inspection. Fees vary based on the type, size, and age of the building, with quotes provided before any appointment is set.

The office is located at 58 Avery St in Beverly, MA.
