Loose leaf tea comes from MEM Tea, a Massachusetts herbal tea company established in 1999 that operates its own tea shop and training center. The bakery also works with Boar's Head, established in 1905; King Arthur Flour, founded in 1790; Rise Nashoba Brook Bakery; and Sophia's Greek Pantry. The name Quebrada, pronounced "Kay-bra-da," is a Spanish geographical term used colloquially throughout Central and South America to describe a scenic spot worth stopping for.
